How much luggage can I bring?
Our standard Toyota Sienna fleet comfortably fits up to 3 large suitcases plus carry-ons. For extra luggage, please contact us in advance to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
Is the price per person or per car?
Private rides are priced per vehicle (up to 7 passengers depending on the location). Shared rides are priced per seat, making them an affordable option for individual travelers.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. For cancellations within 24 hours, a 50% fee may apply to cover the driver's scheduled time.
Do you track flights?
Yes! For all pickups from Toronto Pearson (YYZ), we monitor your flight status in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust the pickup time so they are there when you land.
