Your booking data is stored on Google Cloud servers located in Montréal, Canada (northamerica-northeast1). We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest to protect your information.
6. Data Retention
We retain your booking data for 1 year after your trip date for tax, dispute resolution, and customer service purposes. After this period, your data is automatically deleted.

Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal information
